Nick has a great amount of passion for his work and it shows! I am an architect and this was our first project together. One of the unusual challenges we faced with the design was to support a portion of the house on the pool wall. We had to carefully coordinate our work to integrate all of the building systems. It is a testament to Nick's professionalism that the project came together without a flaw.

The team at Basin Pools went above and beyond our expectations on our entire pool building experience. It all began in the design process when Nick was able to create what only seemed like a dream to us. His honesty and punctuality resonated throughout the building process. Basin was the only trade on our construction project to keep a clean work environment and actually even clean up other people’s mess. A year into our pool ownership and it has been virtually maintenance free. We had a minor equipment warranty issue and they went above and beyond to solve the problem.
