Nick has a great amount of passion for his work and it shows! I am an architect and this was our first project together. One of the unusual challenges we faced with the design was to support a portion of the house on the pool wall. We had to carefully coordinate our work to integrate all of the building systems. It is a testament to Nick's professionalism that the project came together without a flaw.
The team at Basin Pools went above and beyond our expectations on our entire pool building experience. A year into our pool ownership and it has been virtually maintenance free. We had a minor equipment warranty issue and they went above and beyond to solve the problem.
