Edit Edit: The pool is open, it’s fantastic. Nick and his team crushed it! They installed a great pool lots of great... equipment, awesome water!EDIT: I spoke with Nick after he reached out. He’s passionate about what he does and explained the situation and what was out of his control. There was some communication missing originally that he cleared up. I think this project will turn out good, slower than all of us wanted (including Nick) but done and good none the less. Ultimately this was a miscommunication on the GC/Developer who wasn’t communicating or doing their part. Not on Nick and his crew.Basin is installing the pool in my neighborhood, or was as it seems. There has been a hole in the ground for close to a year now. Very little has been done since. I spoke with someone at their office. They claimed the delay was parts, then it was the weather, then it needed to be a certain temperature, etc. Excuse after excuse, and reassured us it would be done by Memorial day weekend. It was NOT done, not even touched. All the tile on the interior still needs to be installed. Numerous pools around us have started after ours and are finished. Ours is a giant mess, nothing more. I wish I could say they do a good job, but there is no pool to verify that with. They no longer answer the phone, return calls or emails, nor do they show up to work. The pics here show the current status it's been for months now with nothing done. I don't love posting this and would rather not, but with no action happening and no response from the contractor, hopefully something will get done.read more

Nick has a great amount of passion for his work and it shows! I am an architect and this was our first project... together. One of the unusual challenges we faced with the design was to support a portion of the house on the pool wall. We had to carefully coordinate our work to integrate all of the building systems. It is a testament to Nick's professionalism that the project came together without a flaw.read more

The team at Basin Pools went above and beyond our expectations on our entire pool building experience. It all began in... the design process when Nick was able to create what only seemed like a dream to us. His honesty and punctuality resonated throughout the building process. Basin was the only trade on our construction project to keep a clean work environment and actually even clean up other people’s mess.
