Basin Pool Designs – Design Agreement

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to prepare a preliminary conceptual design for your swimming pool and backyard space.

Please complete the form below to move forward with our design services. Once submitted, you’ll receive instructions on how to pay the $1,000 design fee.

The design fee of $1,000 is to be collected prior to design work beginning. This includes the first 5 hours of design. Additional design time will be billed at $200/hour. Clients will not receive pictures or videos until an in-person review of the conceptual plan takes place.

Designs are conceptual only. If you hire Basin Pool Designs to execute the project, a signed contract and deposit will be required. The design fee is non-refundable. All designs remain the property of Basin Pool Designs and will not be released unless a contract is signed.

This agreement includes:

3D renderings of the conceptual design
Initial site evaluation (survey not included)
Product education to support informed decisions
Initial budgeting
