Phase 1: Design & Planning (1–3 Weeks)

This phase includes:

• Site visit and measurements

• Design consultation and feature planning

• 3D rendering development

• Review and revisions

Once the design is finalized, we prepare engineering plans and submit permit applications. This overlaps with Phase 2 when timelines allow.

Phase 2: Permitting & Pre-Construction (2–6 Weeks)

Permits can take anywhere from one week to several depending on:

• Municipal requirements (e.g., Franklin vs. Brentwood vs. Spring Hill)

• HOA approvals

• Lot conditions (e.g., slopes, drainage, septic proximity)

We handle all communication with local offices so you don’t have to.

Phase 3: Excavation & Structural Setup (1 Week)

Once permitted, we begin:

• Marking and forming the pool perimeter

• Excavating to exact depth and shape

• Installing steel rebar framework

• Rough plumbing and preliminary equipment setup

This is when your backyard visibly transforms.

Phase 4: Gunite Application & Curing (1–2 Weeks)

We spray high-pressure shotcrete to create a solid pool shell. After application:

• The shell must cure for 7–10 days minimum

• We may install additional drainage or backfill depending on design

• Inspections occur as needed

This step is essential for long-term structural integrity.

Phase 5: Tile, Coping & Decking (2–3 Weeks)

Next, we focus on finishes:

• Tile is applied to the waterline or feature areas

• Coping (the edge material around the pool) is set

• Decking is poured or laid, depending on material (concrete, pavers, natural stone)

Weather can affect this step, but we always monitor for optimal timing.

Phase 6: Equipment, Electrical & Interior Finish (1 Week)

Once the exterior is complete:

• Final plumbing and electrical connections are made

• Equipment is installed (filtration, heating, automation)

• Interior finish (e.g., plaster, pebble) is applied and polished

• Pool is filled with water and chemical startup begins

Phase 7: Walkthrough & Turnover (1 Day)

We’ll schedule a personal walkthrough to:

• Explain all pool systems and controls

• Provide water care tips and maintenance guidance

• Ensure everything meets your expectations

Total Timeframe: 8–12 Weeks (On Average)
